About this Project

It will have, as some of its many features, a large tranquil reflecting pool, communal swimming pool. The development will include energy efficient lighting, inverter type air-con ditioning systems in all rooms and a central Photovoltaic system which will contribute to reduced energy bills for its residents. For this project, EMCE Limited provided full MEP design consultancy services.
