About this Project

The building now houses the Barbados Port Inc. Headquarters as well as the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and The Blue Economy.

    Cube Blue will be a model of energy efficiency with 120kWp of Photo -Voltaics, inverter type A C systems, LED lighting, and low solar heat gain glazing. EMCE Limited is providing full MEP design consultancy services for this project.
