About Us

Allan Harvey, P.Eng. BSc., MSc., MBAPE, MAPESL is a Building Services Engineering Consultant and Senior Electrical Engineer with more than 18 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point from which he earned his BSc. in Electrical Engineering. Following this he pursued a MSc. in Engineering Manage ment from Florida International University (FIU).

In addition to his Military experience, Allan worked as the Manager of Operations for the Telecommunications and IT Institute at FIU before returning to Barbados and starting a career as a Consultant in Building Services Engineering. Having worked with several Building Services design firms, he has gained key experience with Luxury Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Industria l, Medical and Educational projects throughout the Caribbean.

Allan Harvey is a Registered Professional Engineer (Barbados), Registered Electrical Engineer (St. Lucia), a Corporate Member of the Barbados Association of Professional Engineers, a Member of the Association of Prof essional Engineers of St. Lucia, a Member of the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) and an Associate Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Jared Odle is a Building Services Engineering Consultant and Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

He is a graduate of the University of t he West Indies from which he earned his BSc. in Mechanical Engineering. After working within the construction industry for several years, Jared then pursued his MSc. in Building Services Engineering with Sustainable Energy from Brunel University (UK).

Jared Odle is a Registered Professional Engineer (Barbados), and a Member of the Barbados Association of Professional Engineers.

Michael Brathwaite is a Senior Electrical Engineer with over 31 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago from which he earned his BSc. in Electrical Engineering with Honors. He furthered his education earning a Certificate in Project Management from Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity as well as a Diploma in General Management from the Centre for Management & Development – University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados.

Michael Brathwaite brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked as Senior Management of building services installations for some of the largest companies locally. For EMCE Limited, Michael Brathwaite applies his expertise by inspecting and reporting on the MEP installation works for all projects in support of our Engineering Design Team.

Kinnike Mandeville – Leacock is our Strategic Support Specialist and manages the administration of the company as well as the Engineering CAD services. She is a trained Architect with varied management experience to include the management of disaster relief programmes in St. Vincent & the Grenadines during the aftermath of Hurricane Thomas.

Kinnike holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Architectural Studies as well as a MSc. of Management.
